Canadian Construction Manager

The Construction Manager must have excellent communication, and organization skills. The ability to exercise independent judgment and the ability to manage construction projects on time, and on budget is essential at all times.

The Construction Manager is responsible for:

• Performance of sub-contractor
• Establishing project objectives and policies
• Maintaining liaison with prime clients and contracts
• Monitoring construction
• Financial activities

Administration Direction

The Construction Manager must also understand and maintain the safety process. Identifying construction safety, health , and environmental compliances issues is an essential element of the Construction Manager’s role.

The Construction Manager must have excellent construction, planning and development skills to maintain project controls.
The overall management direction for the construction of multiple projects is provided by the Construction Manager.
